During the training we will teach you how to guide the feedback of the colour profiles. This training focuses on fully understanding the seven motivators and the underlying theory. Besides the theoretical part, we also train you how to make a goal-oriented translation in practice. We teach you to make connections, give clear feedback and, where necessary, guide a process further.

What does the training look like?

Training

The training lasts three days, spread over three weeks.
Training in small groups of max. 6 participants.
The investment is € 2,800 excluding VAT. This amount includes 3 free questionnaires.
The training is given at our office in Breda. If a minimum of four people participate, we can organise an in-house training.
Course materials, lunch, coffee & tea included.

Who are we?

Since 2005, we have been helping trainers, HR professionals and change managers to realise growth and change through insight into drives. When you look at our colour profiles, you see that they are completely different. But because of that, they complement each other so well that we have all the elements needed to create a great company.

Moreover, we like a personal approach (green). We work with a lot of passion & enthusiasm (orange) and we are constantly thinking of the next innovative step (yellow). We also deliver what we promise (blue) and respond immediately (red).

Our background

Developed by Unilever

My Motivation Insights was developed by Unilever. Previously, they worked with another colour instrument. However, the lack of a personal report, a non-validated questionnaire and the high price were reasons to create our own colour profile. After we became independent in 2005, we work together with various organisations and independent coaches and trainers.
